Vassiliki hotels and apartments

Vassiliki is situated on the south west tip of Lefkas Island, at the opposite end of the island from Lefkada Town. During the summer months there are frequent ferries between Vassiliki and the neighbouring islands of Ithaka and Keffalonia. Vassiliki is therefore a good overnight stop for those who are island hopping, although it has to be said that single night accommodation can be difficult to find in the peak months of July and August.

Vassiliki is perhaps most famous for its excellent windsurfing, and there are many hotels along Vassiliki beach which are dedicated to this sport.

But it should not be forgotten that Vassiliki also has a beautiful long beach (pebble, shingle and sand) which is gently shelving and very popular with families and those who light a fresh wind during the hot summer months, and the wide selection of villas and apartments offer plenty of choice for all tastes.
